Winners have been picked for the giveaway. Todd was so nice as to give all who entered by the deadline a copy of his book. Thanks all who entered...I sent an email to you for your info. Please email me (info on the header) if you don't get that email. Rommel I could not find your email...please let me know your contact info. A bit ago I found Todd Lieman in Twitterland and he sent me a copy of his book ABC's for Expectant Dads: The Ultimate A- for Dads-in-Training. I'd looked at a bunch of expectant dad books and I thought most were terrible. I did pick up The Expectant Father and I liked it but I haven't looked at it in months. I think it's tough for dad's because we're just reading about what's going on with the mothers and it's easier to hear it from them. Staci is reading so much that she keeps me up to date on things I should know and I'm sure most expectant moms are the same. I'm also luckily in that doing this blog has connected
started as a pre-daddy blog and morphed into a daddy blog
Get that kid some avocado-puree w/ milk and YUM! Love that he's praying...for a crib. Waiting on mine to start climbing out anyday, she's a monkey! (Oh and this comment was brought to you with Double Spaces.) Probably shouldn't have added that last part, you'll probably delete it now.
ReplyDeleteSweet Harper, is your child vegetarian? If so, please forward your favorite protein filled recipes to Kenny.
ReplyDeleteGood lord get that kid a real bed! So cute especially the no injuries baby!
ReplyDeleteStacy: avocado mousse Caleb could not get enough of it! Purée avocado, banana and either yogurt and formula. I also did this with tofu.
Caleb loved tofu and pineapple purée too.
Staci, funny you should ask about protein recipes. My daughter is not vegetarian, but am on the hunt for high protein recipes for her because she is such a lil' peanut and the doctor wants her to gain a few more lbs. Will pass them along as I get them! Although, it's more finger food stuff, but Miloh will be ready in just a few short months. Oh, and my favorite baby food book was called 'Super Baby Food' in case you're interested.
